Bromelain is a group of natural enzymes found in pineapple stems. Taken with meals, it helps break down protein for easier digestion. It also supports joint comfort and a healthy recovery after exercise.*

What's Inside (per 2 capsules)

• Bromelain (from pineapple) 800 mg (approx. 600 GDU/g)

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetable capsule). No sugar, starch, yeast, corn, wheat, milk, preservatives, artificial color or flavor.

How to Use

Take two capsules with meals, or as directed by your physician. About 30 servings per bottle.

Important: Talk to your doctor before use if you take blood thinners or other medications that affect bleeding, or if you have a surgery scheduled. Do not use if you are allergic to pineapple.
