- Fennel seed powder 300 mg
- Cascara sagrada powder 200 mg
- Psyllium seed 200 mg
- Ginger powder 100 mg
- Licorice root powder 100 mg
- Rhubarb powder 100 mg
- Buckthorn root powder 40 mg
- Milk thistle 28 mg
- Proprietary blend: acidophilus, aloe vera, cayenne pepper, senna, oat bran, flax seed oil
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, hypromellose (vegetable capsule).
How to Use
Take four capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water, or as directed by your health care professional.
Important: Contains natural stimulant laxatives (cascara sagrada, senna, buckthorn). For short-term use only; do not use for more than 7 days in a row. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or a bowel condition, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
